How does a site license work?

You decide how many posters you want to create during a license period, and how many users you want to put on the program.

With our site license program, we create a customized Web site for you with your corporate logo and special welcome page for your organization. You can be the only user, or we can set up other departments or locations within your organization. You assign how many posters each location can make, and everyone gets the benefit of this great tool. If you set up multiple users, all your users are linked. We set up a "Super User" of your selection who has ultimate control over the account. Not only can the Super User track poster usage for all users, but he or she can control the number of posters each user makes. If you find that one user is using more than others, you can increase the number of posters that user can submit, and take away from another user. This special feature can make sure that your organization gets the maximum benefit from your site license.
